Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in unopened packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at unitedpropnation@proton.me. If accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.

**Damages and Issues:** Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can address the issue.

**Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:** Custom products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases cannot be returned. Contact us if you have questions about specific items. We do not accept returns on sale items.

**Exchanges:** To exchange an item, return the original item once the return is accepted, and make a separate purchase for the new item.
